3 – Place of data processing
Data processing generated by the use of Celvil S.r.l. takes place at via De Ruggiero 15, 20019 Settimo Milanese (MI).
In case of need, data related to the newsletter service may be processed by the data controller or individuals appointed by it for this purpose at the relevant office.
4 – Purpose of processing
The personal data provided are necessary for purposes related to the conduct of business relations such as, by way of example, the definition, management and execution of contracts concluded between us, the fulfillment of Law related to civil, accounting and tax regulations, administrative management of our relationship, information and updating of the goods and services offered, etc., and marketing and statistical purposes such as, by way of example, market analysis, research, promotions, advertising, etc…
Subject to the explicit and free consent of the data subject, the data acquired may be processed for the purpose of profiling users for commercial and marketing purposes.
CEL VIL S.r.l. does not require the Data Subject to provide so-called “special” data, i.e., in accordance with the provisions of Article 9 of GDPR 2016/679, personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data relating to the person’s health or sexual life or sexual orientation.

5 – Processing and storage methods
The processing will be carried out in automated and/or manual form, in paper form or with the aid of electronic systems, in compliance with the provisions of Article 32 of GDPR 2016/679 and Annex B of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Articles 33-36 of the Code) on security measures, by specially appointed individuals and in compliance with the provisions of Article 29 GDPR 2016/ 679.
We point out that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, in accordance with Article 5 GDPR 2016/679, subject to your free and explicit consent expressed at the foot of this notice, your personal data will be kept for the period of time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected and processed.
CEL VIL S.r.l. does not adopt any automated decision-making process, including profiling, as referred to in Article 22(1) and (4) of EU Regulation no. 679/2016.
